Welcome to Bombay Cooks! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
1.1. Bombay Cooks is a takeaway service operated by AAH Canterbury LTD. 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 1.3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Ordering
2.1. Orders can be placed through our website or any designated platform. 2.2. We offer pick-up (collection) and in-house delivery for orders placed through our website. 2.3. Orders placed via UberEats, JustEat, or Deliveroo will be delivered by their respective drivers, and we are not responsible for their delivery service. 2.4. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. 2.5. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
3. Payments
3.1. We accept online payments via debit/credit cards and other specified methods. 3.2. All prices listed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 3.3. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
4. Delivery & Collection
4.1. Estimated delivery and collection times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. 4.2. We provide in-house delivery for website orders within designated areas, and additional charges may apply. 4.3. Delivery for orders placed through UberEats, JustEat, or Deliveroo is managed by their respective platforms, and we are not responsible for their service quality. 4.4. Customers must ensure the provided delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. 4.5. In case of missed deliveries, reattempts may be chargeable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
5.1. Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the order is incorrect or defective. 5.2. If you receive an incorrect or defective order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution. 5.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.
6. Allergens & Dietary Information
6.1. We take allergens seriously and provide allergen information upon request. 6.2. While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. 6.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. 7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Bombay Cooks or its licensors. 8.2. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
